Day Trippers.

We took a day trip to Baltimore which is in Maryland, but only a 1hour train ride from Washington DC.  We basically went there for shopping and a food market. Let's start with the food market... We couldn't take any photographs due to the nature of the Market. We arrived to a brawl of black people out the front then one stole a walking stick off a old man and hit the other in the head. At that point we ran inside the market. Luckily inside the market all the stalls were run by Asians and there was heaps of delicious food. We were actually the only white people, if you exclude the stall owners, seriously.

Then we wandered down to the port which is super beautiful. We just wandered around and shopped. Also ate red velvet cupcakes and ice-cream - delicious!

And daiquiris from Dicks. We totally want jobs there because the waiters all all super rude to people and pull the piss out of them. Hilarious!

This is just a casual scuplture outside the train station.

The streets of Baltimore.

Another lovely church, all of these flags are hung up by members of the congreation. All of the colours are for different things - the yellow is for the war in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Grace this is your cue to be jealous (enlarge it!)
As the home of Billy Holiday this was a fantastic find. A run down out theatre with a poster of her performance still intact!

The biggest Barnes & Noble EVER.

Thanks for the fun times Baltimore!
We are now in NYC equipped with a DSLR. So shit is about to get serious and not only the quality of the images.
